HCG Diet Salad Recipes

If you do not know it, the HCG Diet, very famous in several countries, is a plan that proposes the consumption of 500 calories per day, along with drops or injections of the hormone HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin Hormone). Research has led to the conclusion that this hormone accelerates metabolism and helps to lose weight.

Just as the HCG Diet helps to lose weight to those who perform it, it can also have side effects, so if you are thinking about doing it we recommend that you first visit your doctor.

What you can do is to implement the following HCG Diet recipes to eat lighter and start to lose weight.

  1. Lobster Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of lobster tail diced
  • Celery or steamed fennel bulb slices
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • A pinch of chopped green onion
  • A pinch of tarragon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Stevia a gusto

Instructions

  • Mix lobster with liquid ingredients and spices and serve with a salad of arugula or green leaves.
  • If you are in Phase 3, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream.

Ingredients

  • A package of asparagus without stem
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Minced fresh mint leaves or parsley
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Steam the asparagus until tender. Let them marinate in liquids and spices for 30 minutes and serve.
  • If you are in Phase 3, you can add olive oil.
  1. Crispy salad recipe for apples and chicken

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of cooked and chopped chicken
  • 1 apple diced
  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • A pinch of cardamom
  • a pinch of salt
  • Stevia a gusto
  • Lemon Wedges

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients, sprinkle with stevia and cinnamon. Serve with lemon and enjoy.
  • If you are in Phase 3 of the HCG Diet, you can add walnuts or chopped almonds.
